The Highserk Empire prioritized the reconstruction of the transportation routes in the eastern and southern military regions as its foremost goal, aiming to rebuild the nation based on funds derived from the mining of magic silver.
Secondly, the route invaded by the Flame Emperor Dragon, known as the “Flame Emperor Dragon Corridor,” was utilized as a major trade and transportation route, integrating the isolated Mayard into a collective community. In doing so, the recovery of the remaining military forces that survived the Siege of Dandurg will also be conducted.
While wary of the elusive Flame Emperor Dragon, Libertoa-Crest incorporated the lakeshore of the large lake into its territory. Despite the logistics revolution brought about by items like the magic bag, water transportation on Lake Selta remained a critical logistic point in the region, holding significant value from both water management and fishing perspectives.
The influx of population from surrounding areas was directed towards military and Demonic Territory development, bolstering the workforce. Ironically, some of these individuals had achieved remarkable military results in a short time, becoming key forces for both countries.
The magic silver mines were jointly managed by the Dalimarcus family and the southern military region, with most of the surplus population of the southern Highserk region being directed there. Some of the mining operations, which could’ve potentially lead to severe mining diseases, were carried out by slaves obtained during the civil war, promoting the notion that “labor leads to freedom” and reducing the duration of detention according to the risk level of the tasks.
